While we do not offer food or drink services, a vending machine is conveniently located on-site. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
We supply a selection of balls and tees in each bay. To preserve our hitting screens, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your golf balls.
We understand that life is unpredictable, which is why we're happy to accommodate any cancellation or reschedule requests greater than 24 hours before your booking. Feel free to contact us at help@simulinks.ca to reschedule or cancel your booking.
Yes! We offer a free guest network. No password is necessary; look for "Simulinks" in your Wi-Fi settings and accept the terms and conditions. Wi-Fi signal is available near the front door if you need to unlock the door and your mobile data isn't available.
Absolutely. Large groups commonly book multiple bays to accommodate their party size. Simply place multiple bookings for the bays you'd like to reserve. We recommend booking in advance to ensure the bays you want are available at the same time, since they tend to book up quickly.
You can book up to 30 days in advance. This lets you plan your visit early and secure your preferred time slot.
